These can be handed in to Herald Telcha as soon as the Chardok 2.0 patch goes live. Turning in 40 stacks of skins and 11 Salts should be 3060 faction (2 salts or 1 skin is a +3 adjustment). This is enough to take you from max KoS to ally with P99 Faction Values

This faction will allow you to do the Spirit Wracked Cord quest which can get you the below items:

• Regal Band of Bathezid

• Spirit Wracked Cord
