Falling Damage

I'm on an iksar monk in field of bone falling from the top edges of the pit entrance. I'm taking no damage. I should be taking at least 40-50 damage. My safe fall is at 5. I've also noticed on an enchanter in misty thicket hunting bixies I could jump off the top of the towers along the guard wall and take 0 damage which should not be the case.

Bug is still there and not fixed.

Character: Gangraf 39 monk
Safefall skill: 11

Issue: Can NOT take fall damage.

What I've tried to take damage:

Jump from the top of the pit in FoB, into the pit. 0 damage
Jump from Kurn's Tower entrance to the land below. 0 damage
Jump from second floor in Kurn's Tower to the first floor. 0 damage.
Jump from the top of the cliff near the entrance to FoB in Emerald Jungle to the bottom of it. 0 damage. That fall should kill me with my skill.

What I'm noticing that's off:

When I jump off a cliff, I'm not falling at full speed. I'm only falling at maybe 25% speed. It's like I have a sort of levitation on.

I believe falling damage is affected by your Frames Per Second. Try opening up the options window (ALT + O) and raising/lowering (sorry, I forget which) your FPS and it should have a big impact.

Of course it having that impact isn't exactly classic, but I suspect it's a Titanium client-side issue that the devs can't do much about.

This is a client side issue. If you turn your Max FPS down to 60 from 100 in options you'll take normal fall damage.

Thank you both for the replies! I set my FPS from 100 to 60. I'll report back later with my findings.

@Ioramin
@MiRo2

Thank you! Changing that setting fixed my issue.
