Who updates the Wiki?
 

The "getting started" link on the Wiki leads to https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=2651.

This is apparently outdated and should be pointing to https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=211699

How would one go about getting that updated so that new players know all the rules?
