active player between specific play times. Are there any guilds actively raiding during these times?

Awakened and aftermath active number at all time during the day.
smaller guild would be europa

I can never, ever recommend awakened or aftermath to anyone. EVER. <- these are the bad guys in my opinion.
europa are good people, never met a bad one so far. I imagine they're the most online at OP's 11am+ time period.

other options are Paradigm Shift, Omni, Dawn Believers(is DB a 'raid' guild?)

Most people have ignorant opinions about AM like this because of all the bus they have of getting whooped by us and being around people who are jaded. The truth is 95% of people who join AM are pleasantly surprised with how fun everyone in the guild is to play with. Don’t let the opinion of a known forum troll who has nothing productive to add to he server/forums sway your opinion one way or another.

Guilds actively raid when mobs spawn. Doesn't realy matter which guild. Matters when the window is.

This, any and every raid mob is contested and generally killed within minutes to hours on the server. Phatez is also correct, forum trolls are the most pathetic amongst us and I can easily recommend aftermath, awakened, azure guard, Europa, Omni, blood guard, kittens, etc and I don’t think there is a guild I wouldn’t recommend on this server they all have great people in them. A/A will be the most “hardcore” and you play ( I recommend ) at a pace that’s comfortable for you, everyone loves to hate on both guilds because they dominate the raid scene, it’s like the stupid patriots most people hate them because of their success, that’s it.

We are all a bunch of nerds playing on an elf sim so without knowing what you want out of the game it’s hard to pinpoint what’s best or give a recommendation. Is raiding for you halls of testing? I know azure guard raids it every Saturday morning which is sort of your time frame. Is it end game such as AoW, Tunare, Vulak? A/A is about your only option but know going in they will die quickly once spawned and won’t generally fit into your time frame. Is raiding for you clearing the path to ToV and killing sontalak, well only aftermath is able to kill him...

I'm not a member of Awakened, but everyone I've met from their guild has been very nice. They also as a guild let me loot the extra stone from VSR for my epic for free. They could have randomed it and easily sold for 20-25k. Very cool of them to do. So as much as I hate being dominated by them in the raid scene I can't say they aren't decent folks.

Europa has scheduled raiding every Monday and Wednesday, from 2PM EST to about 5PM EST(or 20:00 CET-23:00 CET). These things tend to be, but not limited to, ToV-Halls of Testing, Plane of Hate/Sky/Fear, Chardok, Kael - Vindi+Friends/KDT+Friends, Dragon Necropolis-Garzicor fights, insert_needed_member_Epic fight here, etc.

In addition to this, we also partner with Omni, and at times still, yes, Azure Guard, in the CSG Alliance (Casual Scum Guilds) for some batphones around the clock of just about anything. We have been known to, in times of certain raid entities suspensions, take down almost any Velious raid target there is, and even clear VP at times.
