One of the spell merchants that usually hangs out at loc 153, -971, -25 in Neriak Commons is stuck in a pathing loop and won't talk or sell to anyone.

These pathing loops are all over the world. I've seen at least 8 or 10, and I wasn't even paying attention until it effected a quest I was working on.

This guy doesn't have a grid, and I was able to speak to him.

Can you elaborate on what was/is the problem?
