Neither, unless you can provide evidence they should stack during the Velious era.

Hm.. Boil blood is the upgrade of heat blood.. Theyre not suppose to stack.
If u cast heat blood then boil... boil will overwrite heat since its a higher level spell :).

only certain upgrades can stack, like druids clicky arms can be stacked with the higher level dot of the same line.

classic logic. i think shammy or necro poisons can too. dont remember but w/e.

also your UI isnt classic. yikes
