Enchant Silver Spell, Not seeing Alicia in SFelwithe
 

Southern Felwithe Alicia Starshimmer Enchanter Guild (605,-934)

As it is told in the p1999 wiki. I could not find this person in the Enchanter hall in South Felwithe.

The wiki is incorrect - the only place to get enchant spells at this stage is in Neriak. The Felwithe vendor was added later.
