Grim Oakfist spawn cycle, Kithicor Forest
 

The cycle has either Tallyn Starwatch, Brollus Hoost, or Grim Oakfist. I killed Tallyn a few days ago and there hasn't been a respawn since. I thought it was supposed to be a 6-7 minute respawn but its been over 2 days.

Kithicor isnt spawning undead at night either, so it might be something related to that.

Not sure if its related to the undead problem, the ph on that cycle just doesn't respawn if you kill it. I killed the PH "Brollus Hoost" this morning who was up because the server reset, and now there's still no respawn again.

Well. I went there today and there was no repop. I noticed the vendors were saying weird things like "Timer v3 stopped" or something to that effect, and they were selling 3 copies of each inventory item on their for sale list. I killed both of the vendors and then a while later they both repopped along with Grim Oakfist, and I finally completed the quest on my monk. It's probably still bugged but for some reason killing the vendors reset the spawn.
