is this spell in game? it says its sold at an NPC in the EC tunnel, but this is not true. Any NPC's selling this lvl 20 spell for Necro?

Added during PoP according to Alla. At this point it's a good bet that if it's a spell outside of your normal spell levels (in this case 19 instead of 20), it's not in the game (exception to this is the planar port spells for wizard).

I don't know what list you're using for spells but I generally use:

This still has many things that aren't in game, but if you look at the vendor listing it will usually clue you in (like say, for this spell the only merchants that sell it are in PoK)
