Weird lag
 

I am experiencing some weird lag.

Every minute or so my screen pauses for a split second. I have graphics turned down but still a problem. New comp and it is supposed to be a lot faster than my old comp but I never experienced this lag with my old comp.

Lots of folks experience this on p99. Try rebooting, clearing your log files (especially if you are running a parser of some kind), etc.
