Simple and straight forward...is it worth it?

What classes are needed and least played?

I don't want to join a bad community with a bunch of greedy, gear whoring jerk power gamers. Although I'm sure they exist, I'd prefer this not be standard.

Anyway should I go through downloading and installing everything?

I'd say the nice ppl to jerk ratio is atleast 60/40. ;)

Paladin, Wizard...Bard if you're good.

Don't expect any camps. Play for fun, and you'll be OK. Kunark around the corner, so things will ease up high-end.

In game, i havent seen any jerkage except for one time i kept getting trained by this Pally but i think he was just bein a noob, and it wasnt intentional.

the forums are a whole other monster :P lots of jerks around here, but if you play, you wont regret it, and you'll have a great time i promise :D

I would say Rangers, because honestly I don't think I've seen an actual Ranger in the game yet. But you also said "needed", so never mind that.

I think it's worth coming back if you're still fond of classic Everquest. This server is very close to the experience back in the day, albeit with a bit sparse population -and more of them stratified on the higher lvls.

I've met some amazing people, and not a single 'jerk' yet on my 22 shaman. I'd say give it a shot.

Yes it''s worth coming back to. Most people are ok, some are great. If you loved classic EQ, you will love it here.
