Have patience, the "new blue server" (which the player base usually refers to as the "green" or "recycle" server) will be here eventually. However it won't come until A) all of the Velious patch work (mainly Chardok 2.0 at this point) is complete, and B) the staff has finished all other related preparations.
Given P99's history that likely means 2019 at the earliest, but it will be worth it. Unlike Blue "Green" will start completely fresh, progress along the exact classic timeline (ie. no seven years of Kunark), and then at the end of the 2-3 year period it will reset and do it all again.
