Has anyone seen Tijoely in Velks drop the Dancing Rapier?
 

Has anyone seen Tijoely in Velks drop the Dancing Rapier? Killed him a bunch of times and still haven't seen it. Also, the wiki has no details on drop rate. Yes, I know it's not a great weapon, but I want it for my collection.

If you have seen it, is the character model visibly holding the sword when he has it?

Yes, I have one on an alt. I don't recall if it was visible.

Yes, have one in bank, also dont recall if visible (but don't think it is)

Its rare.

Its not visible if mob is holding it.

Mob pierced when I saw it drop. Did not hold it.
