Disarm skill jumped to 71 and not working at all
 

i trained Disarm to the maximum on my sk Dayday wich is 70 but it somehow jumped to 71 and now the skill is not working AT ALL, it doesnt disarm or anything i dont even get aggro from mobs when i click it, it just goes off as if i disarmed and no text popping up or anything, can you please help reset back to 70, also the text is like red (71)

would greatly appreciate if nilbog or rogean whoever knows how to reset my skill back would take a look at this and fix it please
