Glass Shard - In Game?
 

I'm trying to lvlup my pottery and need the item "Glass Shard" to make large bowls, yet I can't find any merchants that sell it. I've checked here:

And tried the NPCs in Misty,BB and GFay yet to no avail. Is this item non-classic or is it missing from these vendors?

Are currently in-game NPCs selling the glass shard.

Should these be in the game? I'm not much of a potter myself. If they are classic, I can add them to the classic merchants from that list.
