Could've swore I saw two DW helms on the same merchant in North Freeport yesterday. Save a hundred or two plat, if you haven't already bought the helm somehow, and check there first.

Any idea which merch or loose location?
I generally have tried the ones in FV and a couple in NFP, just apparently not the right one.
