Raincaller Quest Broken (Ping Fizzlecutter/Fizzlecutter 5000)
 

When Ping Fizzlecutter was stripped of his inventory, he lost Fizzlecutter 5000, which is used for the Raincaller quest (Sanfyrd Featherhead needs a case of 10). Please restore this item for the poor rangers.

Some merchants are not properly displaying the items they should sell.

Bug is fixed and being tested I believe. You won't see it until next patch.
