Does anyone here have any idea how long it normally takes the moderators to do something about the IP pensions I'm really wanting to play with my son who's gotten really interested in this game and I sign up today but I can't find anything that says how long it normally takes

I like to say thank you to all the moderators out there for resolving this issue quickly for me I appreciate it and sorry for my lack of patience... you guys are doing a wonderful job
