Issues connecting to the server list
 

Hello!
I'm a brand new player and I'm having some issues trying to connect to the server list that I just can't seem to figure out.

There are three errors that I experience depending on what I put into the "eqhost.txt" file:

Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998 I get "DB Error - Invalid password"

Host=eqemulator.net:5998 It spends about 8 seconds trying to connect before giving me this error "A connection to the server could not be reached"

Host=login.eqemulator.org:5998 I get "Error - A timeout occurred"

I made sure I was using the actual account name and password when trying to log in and not the forum account
I reset the password for my game account several times and faced no problems doing so

I installed the Titanium Edition and applied the patch files followed by deleting the necessary files before running the Launch Titanium.bat file, never touching any of the .exe files.
I made sure both windows firewall and no anti-virus programs are running
opened the 5998 port on my router
flushed the dns
game runs in windows XP service pack 2 comp mode (I'm using Windows 10).
I pinged eqemulator.net and .org with no issues and I can access their forums through the web-browser just fine.
All my drivers are up to date.

I'm at a complete loss at what the issue might be.
