Ingame music completely gone

So the ingame music seems completely gone, at least everyone i asked (mostly guildmembers) couldn't tell me they heard any ingame music recently. I checked WFP + EFP gates, NFP bank and EFP harbor and didnt hear any music. I also asked other people at WFP gates if they hear any music, and they didn't.

I second this!! In game music disappeared somewhere along the line.. how can you play EQ classic without the MUSIC?!?!? Just so it is known!! :)

I found out it seems to work for some people

Can anyone confirm they have working music?

Or do the devs alrdy know what causes the problem?

By music im NOT talking about combat music, but specific location music.

BUMP.. no one else missing in game music at random?? I have a hard time believing only 2 ppl have this issue

I have never heard Rivervale's music on this server. It's easily the best town music in the game, if not the best music period since it's so theme-parky

My sounds are a bit messed up as well, but not sure why.

I don't think I have heard any in game music other than combat music. It's sad too because the music is such a key element. Whatap wit dis. Gonna search forums here and see if there's any more info on this.

I have searched numerous times for any resolution. Could not find one, so started posting about it. Even though numerous people have run into this issue, there still has been no explanation or resolution. Devs? Any insight? I know your busy and all with Kunark release. A lot of us would be indebted if you were to provide input on this.. maybe just a confirmation that nothing had been done server side which might cause this.

Turn "environment sounds" back on.
