Pop Up Tell Window
 

I've searched and I cannot find any info about the pop-up style tell windows that I hear people talk about.

I've seen it it some videos, I've heard it mentioned as a must have for porters to keep track of port "orders".

Sorry if it's obvious and I am missing it, but I promise I tried to find it!

Options -> General -> Use Tell Windows
