Wizards in robes ?
 

I have this Wizard char with badass looks : dark hair, eye patch, dark silk pants... Looks like the Undertaker from old days :D

I just tailored a raw silk tunic for him that turns out to be a robe. It sucks !! Looks like a pirate in cleric disguise...

Is there nothing but robes he could wear to keep that awsome looks ?

Netted Kelp is a full visible suit of non-robe ALL/ALL armor with a dapper look. Death to robequest!

Shardtooth's Flayed Skin is a caster wearable leather chest. 12ac, 35mana, 35hps.

Cheap alternative to netted kelp tunic and on some races it looks nice.

Rare drop, but it will match the rest of your velious quest silk armor

The other wurms in Great Divide rarely drop another caster wearable leather chest with a +4 int stat. Can't remember what it's called. Occasionally see them for sale in EC for like 50 plat.

Robes are the peak of fashion quest in my opinion. As a wizard you should be dressed in only the finest robe.
