Updated character textures
 

Can anyone help me with a link for the updated character textures?

They're not quite ready yet (unless I missed the announcement). However people that have expressed interest in the past (eg. myself) have been given access to their Discord server, which has early/beta versions of the textures ready. I imagine if you were to politely PM paulgiamatti and promise to give feedback he might (if they're not full already full of beta testers) give you access.
