Amulet of the Void
 

Amulet of the Void can no longer be clicked within the Plane of Sky in order to cast Alter Plane: Sky. The error message is "You cannot do that here." The regular spell Alter Plane: Sky can still be cast anywhere.

I did not see this listed in any patch notes or any research done on this item. Is it a bug introduced with the recent V45 patch or is it an intended fix?
