Zone-specific succors/evacs no longer functioning properly.
 

EDIT: Nevermind. Did the patch note post get edited? I could have sworn that it mentioned Winds of the North/South specifically before.

I understand that Winds of the North/South are no longer usable as in-zone evacs, but the change seems to have extended to druid/wizard zone-specific succors/evacs (for example, Succor: East). Only working as a port now and not as evac. The language of the patch notes suggests to me that this is unintentional.
