Tool tip issues
 

When I mouse over a spell/ability it doesn't display the tool tip, any idea's how to re enable it?

I'm having this same issue as well

When this happens to me, funny enough if I do a comp restart it resolves the issue.

It's a bug that occurs occasionally. Only known solution is to reboot afaik.

requires restart of PC.. Shouldn't happen too often, not sure of cause.

Pending Windows 10 updates.
