Bind Wound Skill Not Increasing
 

Hello. My warrior is currently 53 and has a bind wound skill of 183. I've been using it quite frequently camping the sonic bats in SolB but it has not increased in at least a few levels. All info I can find states the cap before 50 was 200 and after it should allow me to increase the skill to 210 but it has stayed frozen at 183 forever. I have an Embalmer's Skinning Knife and being able to bind to 70% would really help me solo more effectively.

Resolving due to age and the fact that this is not a widespread problem.
