UI scaling not changing
 

Playing eq in windowed mode. I have extended desktop display 2 monitors. Open amazon video... Pretty sure I clicked fullscreen. EQ wigs out and makes my UI on EQ super tiny, like the 3860x2150 or whatever it is. So I try changing my resolution on EQ back to 2160x1600 or whatever that option is but the UI scaling stays the same, it's tiny.
I tried changing my desktop resolution from 3860x2150 (or whatever) to 2160x1600 and it DOES change the eq ui scaling but when i change the desktop back it goes tiny again. Ive played with all kinds of resolutions/fullscreen/windowed/wineq2/non-wineq2/desktop resolutions/etc etc etc

Its as though everquest is just using whatever my desktop's resolution is for UI scaling. I cannot figure out how to make it so everquest UI scale changes with resolution. Fullscreen is working fine, but it's super annoying to use. Please halp
