Password missing in DB
 

I followed the instructions. It says to got to Section 4 and create 'Server' password. I don't see that anywhere in section 4.

I tried my Forum creds no luck. What am I missing?

Are you talking about step four from the "Account Setup / Play Guide?" If so that's the login server account section and you should be able to create an account by going to the left hand menu on the home page and selecting the Create Account link
