Do epic pages drop on the 2nd floor or only on the ground floor mobs?

they can drop on any floor from pretty much any mob. Dont think i have ever seen a black reaver drop any of the pages though.

There is one page that is only dropped from a named in the stables area though.

Be aware that a Student's Log can only drop off a Spectral Courier who only spawn at stables. Think the rest can drop zone wide pretty much.
