Faction:Merchants of Qeynos

South Qeynos merchants are responding to a incorrect faction. I have maxed the "Merchants of Qeynos" faction and I am ally with North Qeynos merchants, while I am not ally with South Qeynos merchants.

They are on the Citizens of Qeynos faction. I'm pretty sure this was fixed pending update, however.
