Mouse look/ PGup/Down not functioning properly
 

Hey All, I am having a pretty annoying issue with be able to view up or down on 1st person mode.


My mouse look and page up/down button's aren't functioning properly. My screen auto sets to center if I try to change angles or points of view. This makes swimming impossible, or navigating when levitating. If anyone knows hows to fix this that would be greatly appreciated
