I have tear and max faction, but not the means to clear black reavers and kill Lord Rak. Willing to pay a group/guild to do this for me. I understand it's fairly easy.

I didn't, I'm super casual and decided I don't have time to commit to a guild :( Might end up joining if things calm down IRL

You dont need a raid force for this.

Can do it with 4 decent geared toons + you.

1. Druid
2. Tank
3. Cleric
4. Rogue
5. You on shaman.

Use druid to harmony single pull mobs out.
Use rogue to open doors + dps
Tank 2 tank
Healer to heal.

Fight up to the room that uses the elevator...use druid agaij to harmony single pull.

Have high fr mr and Dodge the aoe on final guy and heal tank up...take it slow and bam epic is done.
