Video Card Recommendations

I've decided that I am through with my 8800 GT because I can't seem to resolve this issue where I get kicked to the desktop whenever I'm kiting multiple mobs.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a newer video card $100-$220 range that doesn't have any issues?

^^This if your mobo can handle it and your cpu doesnt bottleneck it.

Need to know the rest of your system specs to really recomend a good upgrade path.

EQ crashes for everyone regardless of video card.

This specific issue seems to happen to people with my video card. Makes being a bard dangerous. I realize it won't be a cure all.

well i play on my netbook i won't be doing any kiting but i really don't think that your issue is with your graphics card. Good luck hope you figure it out.

Well, I suppose you could have more crashing than everyone else, but I just don't want you to expect to get rid of it all.

8800 and similar cards do have a lot of problems though.

I use it. Tried every fix mentioned on every thread on this board.

This is what I use and I've yet to experience any crashing that players seem to happen to them. Of course, the 5870 is like $300, isn't it? ;p

Wouldn't a 460 or 280 be a good option? Or one of the lower tiers from ATI?
