Hello everyone! Is there a wiki article on how to setup the User CP? My User CP will not allow me to select an avatar to upload. Thanks for any help.

I did a search and guess we have to wait a length of time before we can upload an avatar and make a sig? Anyone know how long? Thanks.

Also my posts are being moderated? Is that normal for newbs? Sorry for all the questions. :P
