I used to work at a software company that provided EDI support to retailers and suppliers and holy shit Burlington had complicated vendor compliance rules. Suppliers always got fined whdn shipping to Burlington because it wasn't how Burlington wanted items packaged. They were my least favorite retailer to work with.
