Random floating-stuck
 

Ever since I've been back playing on my newly built PC I get weird floating-stuck and must use the rewind command to free myself randomly throughout the play.

It's a fresh install on a 7700k/1070 m.2 PC with very good landline ping around 20.

P99 has difficulty handling clock speeds over 4 GHz due to speedhacking precautions. I would try WinEQ2 first, and if that doesn't help then you may want to try underclocking your CPU or running EQ in a virtual machine.

The funny/scary thing is I I'm pretty sure when sow'd I run faster on my home PC then on my work PC. Thanks for the info, I'll check out running in a shell
