Old accounts show empty, where they purged somehow?
 

I have an old account I haven't played in well over a year and was hoping to be able to log on with my brother and play again, so I logged in but the character list was empty. I'd love to know if the character lists were purged or something because if not I would love to have my characters restored. My main toon was Heroshima. I'd be glad to provide my account name if that makes it easier to locate my guys.
