does this include attacking players? or just touching the Froglok? can 1 person zone in and start bashing clerics or dispelling the tank, despite not having a raid force present?

and what does a raid force present mean? a raid force in the zone? a raid force in an adjacent zone? a raid force logged out ready to log in?

and what constitutes as a raid force to contest or kill the Froglok? how many players are required for this? i've provided a list of Frogloks below, if a GM would assign a number of required players to contest each Froglok, that would be greatly appreciated so people don't get suspended for not understanding the vague wording on this rule
