So I registered for an account so I could help contribute, and the first thing I want to build requires me to create a new page, since it will be a wizard soloing guide to add to this page:

I've never done a wiki before - so forgive me if it's really basic. But I just couldn't determine how to create an entirely new page. I figured out how to edit the above linked page and link back to the new page once it is created, but I just can't figure out how to create the new page.

Just create a link of the form [[New Page Name]] to a page that doesn't exist, which shows up in red. Clicking on any red link brings you to that new, non-existent page, which you can then create/edit.
