Enchanter Illusions
 

Quick question here. If I were a HE enchanter and decided to level by the 6 minute bard diet, would I be able to fix those faction hits by using illusion. If not would the hits that I would take from those bards affect my traveling as a HE enchanter?

Illusions just change your race penalty, that is just one component of your faction. Your actions and class are other parts. Can't change class, but you can act to change factions.

So if you piss off the league of bards thoroughly no matter your illusion, they will always hate you. You would have to fix that faction in other ways... if that is even possible. Or simply ignore it and avoid high level NPC bards.

Start those mail delivery missions from kelethin to kaladim - It will make up for your weekly 'legday' routine.

Your faction floor will be higher than others using race mod + spell mod, but it could still end KoS.

you would have to faction rep with them in the end. like I can use my dark elf illusion and my NPC faction buff and still be hated by the dark elves because I killed their guards to level. It all depends on your religion you choose for your enchanter and how low you let that faction drop.
