The spell can be scribed and cast at lvl 46.

When can the Orb be clicked to summon epic pet? Wiki says lvl 50. Can anyone confirm it is lvl 50 and not 46?

You can click it at level 6 if you delevel after summoning it.

I can imagine someone having made quite a few corpses with the Orb and deleveling just to lvl up from the Orbs on the corpses 8]
