Coldain Ring #6 bug
 

Eastern Wastes, Icefang. Check to make sure that only one copy of Icefang exists at the outpost before starting the Ring #6 quest (he should only exist in the building, not next to where the ghost spawns). If there is a second copy, killing the one outside the building should allow the quest to start normally, otherwise it won't go past the initial text.
