Spirit of Oak's root doesn't hold when Feared
 

When fighting Wuoshi the other week, people were bringing Bark Potions to root themselves so that they weren't running around during fear.

A bunch of us Druids decided to go into tree form since that has a root aspect to it. However, when fear landed, the trees started moving.

Since Bark Potion has a regen effect and a root effect, I believe using it as evidence is valid to say that all Tree forms (which have a regen and a root effect) should also not move while feared.

maybe same bug that lets you run around in tree form if you have a dot on ya ?

It was noticed against Wuoshi, which has no dots -- but never know, could be somewhat connected?

Minor illusion also moves when feared. Tested on Klandicar.

pretty sure he poisons you but like Briefs said this also happens w minor illusion so the illusions are whats causing the glitch for some reason

need someone on live to tree form and get feared and take note what happens

I will say that technically Minor Illusion isnt a root, but a massive snare according to the wiki (https://wiki.project1999.com/Minor_Illusion)

But I am sure that if you are in minor illusion you end up moving at normal speed when feared (never seen or did this myself). Either way it'd be good to see what should happen, but logically it follows that if a spell has a root component, you shouldnt be able to move while you are under the effect of that spell.

Just curious, did you have SoW on at same time?

Can't have SoW and Tree form at the same time.
