Camping plat rules
 

I have two questions.

Question 1) If I am higher level, can I farm low level mobs for plat? Like if I was a level 40 could I kill sisters in lfay?

Question 2) If no is the answer to the first question; can I then keep making a bunch of level 12s to camp sisters in lfay?
