Porlos' Fury quest - faction needed?
 

Wondering if high giant faction is required for the hand- in to Tomekeeper Bjordnessin (sp?) in WL, or if having a friend charm him would be sufficient?

Also, can these quests be started early or not until level 60?

I dunno know for sure, but I doubt there's a level requirement. Having a friend charm the giant worked a few months ago, but there's always the caveat that devs could have changed something.

I had an enchanter buddy charm him when I did my quest. I think only at 60 can you get the Dragon Sage guy to give you the first token, but I didn't want to risk it at a lower level. Goodluck with Myga though!
