Just loaded EQ, character models didn't display on load screen just weapon/sword.

Logged in and I can't see anything in the zone, just a buncha floaty names with swords and shields.

Restarted computer, didn't work.

Advice?

Sounds like you missing p99 files maybe? Try to rerun the latest patch for p99 to replace missing files is my only guess.

Happened to me once. Ended up having to do a fresh install on EQ. If this is the case, this time put it on a usb thumbdrive because it takes forever if you go the torrent route.

probably your best route if issue doesn't resolve on re-doing patch files. def keep EQ on a thumb drive.

Messed up spell files willnt let you into the game. You will also see no characters upon reaching the character select screen.

Reinstalled, same thing happening!

I've never seen this before...

Graphics card related I'm guessing, did you do a driver update recently?

Incase anyone was wondering. Weird, how drivers can just magically uninstall or stop working. /shrug. All better.
