Rumor has it that this thing rots off of Wraith of a Shissir all the time in Fear. Why let it rot when you can sell it to me instead? I already have the Verina, Vessel and Prince pieces, so this is the last piece I need to complete my epic. PM me with a price so we can work out a deal.

Your best bet is to find out the window for CT, and then contact a guild that is poopsocking him in that window.
