inconsistent performance with sky textures
 

Weird. I put xp on my retro P4 machine and playing eq the sky textures dogs down the fps. I was playing earlier with a party and the fps was fine. Switch off sky and it runs great. It doesnt matter what my graphics are set to. As soon as I enable simple sky the game runs horrible. Later I launched the game with sky and perfect fps. Then I came back to play and the fps was unplayable again. Disabled sky and perfect framerate. Enabled sky later and the frames were fine. Weird. It has a mind of its own.

I just found that the game runs perfect underwater.
