Project 1999 - Miscellaneous: Ancient Blade Drop Rate

At some point on Live however it went from being an uncommon drop to a guaranteed drop. I'd like to make the argument this change coincided with the June patch which eased the requirements on the Warrior epic to add Green Scales to Hoshkar:

Granted the post doesn't seem like the most credible of posts, but I know on Live this did get changed and I've yet to find any posts about Queen not dropping a blade after this point.

Now I know Magelo shows an 84% drop but it doesn't count it if you don't actually loot the item and being that it is a non-MQable piece of an epic it's understandable some people would leave it behind. It is 100% on Live currently and has been since late Velious.

In the absence of evidence to suggest June versus August, I think flagging this change for August is also acceptable, I just figured they might pair up some epic changes in a single patch and not mention the drop rate one.
